You have got to be kidding me. Is everyone just looking for their time to shine in the media? I still haven’t had anyone explain to me how illegal is a race. These people are breaking the laws that already exist. I can’t understand why all of these U.S. politicians are so quick to stand up for the citizens from another country who are breaking American laws and turn their backs on U.S. citizens, forcing us to live in hostile environments. I’m not sure if you know about the serial rapist in Chandler who turned out to be an illegal, undocumented immigrant. This guy stalked these girls houses to know when their parents were gone to work in the mornings. He then broke into these houses and violated these girls. These things happen every day here. If I knowingly break a law, then I would be held responsible for that action. This is not like the 60′s 70′s & 80′s when the people coming over here illegally, really were coming here to work. Now there’s too many drugs and criminals coming over here causing serious problems. Not to mention the fact that they cost Arizona millions of dollars in medical bills and education fees and also flood our streets with crystal meth and heroin. What are these politicians thinking?
I’m 44 years old and I have been living in Arizona since 1978 and I can’t really stand what this state and Phoenix have become. I’m very ready to move from here. You can support all of the illegal immigrants that you want but don’t use my money and don’t tell me about the poor condition that our state is in financially. We take care of enough legal immigrants with our tax money. This needs to stop. Let them go to California. They don’t have a problem supporting lawbreakers and in some cases, terrorists. I think that people like yourself and all the protesters of SB-1070 should move to Mexico and protest for their rights and better living conditions and a non-corrupt government. Why isn’t everyone over there doing that, trying to get all of the daily murders to stop? Well good luck turning us into little mexico. have a nice day!

Ms. Bolton , first of all there some issues not address by sb1070 such as illegals leving here for years. Not all should be deported. Now lets address the real issues . Has anyone thought that all the disseases the illegals are bringing with them , have their children has all the shots necessary to get into our schools ? Why have the Sierra Club not spoken up about all the litter in our deserts ! Interesting how they have in the past addressed far less important issues about our invironment ! Now what about all the money that is being transferred to other countries by illigals, 80% must stay here. We must close all borders for 5 years. I know for a fact our banks and post offices are transferring money to other countries without question. In short God Bless America , or get out !

I want to compliment you highly on your decision regarding SB1070. You are the first judge in this state who isn’t biased or swayed by the state government. Please don’t give in to our gun-toting governor or the rest of the obnoxious members of this state’s governing body who want to detroy our constitution and rewrite it according to their satisfaction. If we let one of these Tea-Party or racial constituents get away with this, we will have more chaos than we have right now. I am proud to have a judge like you to set an example for all the judges in this state. Thank you.

@Robert Zaworski Stop sticking up for the illegals. You are not a true American. And stop throwing around the race card, that is so old. I think you need to educate yourself on Arizona and what they go through on a daily basis.
This judge is a idiot. Sticking up for the illegals. U need to get your law license revoked. We all know that you are a Obama lover. I think you did not take the time to study the law and make a right choice. I am so lucky i am not you!!

This ruling by a Clinton-judge was predicted by my soothsayer, the one at the carnival where you put in a quarter and make a wish. Of course the judge herself has the ethical-moral-intellect level commensurate with Bridgett the midget. According to the idiot above, this is a good ruling. He has about as much knowledge of the constitution as O’butthead. This is a foul, corrupt ruling and you should be ashamed. How can you look in the mirror? Or, are you part of the one-world theocracy trying to destroy the European race? Who knows the rationale of morons that are dictated to by powers above. Try actually thinking for yourself for once. Put yourself in the shoes of somebody not afraid of big brother like Andrew Jackson!

Just cannot believe your decision on Arizona. Does appear to be another activist Judge putting his or her ideas ahead of the law. You are well aware of our country’s current status and position on illegal immigration and you tie the hands of Arizona’s law enforcement. Shame on you. You should not be on the bench.

What a coward you are. You big shots who sit on your benches and WANT all the illegals votes and cheap labor, go live in Mexico. They enter are country ILLEGALLY and DEMAND that we accomodate them….. so they come in illegally and we give them FREE health care, FREE food stamps, FREE child care, FREE education,,, wow! I wonder what would happen if we entered Mexico illegally, hmmm I bet we would have our head blown off. Look what happens when you enter US illegally, you get handed everything on a silver platter, messed up you think??? US Americans are sick and tired and angry as HELL that there are more damn mexicans that keep coming over here and taking our jobs, costing us millions of OUR dollars ( you know the taxpayers) who really foot the bill. I cant pass a mexican in the store without feeling hostility and anger, and the sad thing is its not there fault its the governements 100% you are allowing them to keep coming, not guarding the boarders and giving them anything they want. I hope people remember this in November cause I sure the hell will and anyone who wants Mexicans in I am voting against. I can see why people from other countrys hate america. I am starting to more and more because of EVERY one of you in government. and I applaude Jan Brewer who finally had the BALLS to stand up for what every American is feeling and do something about it. And I hope she wins her fight, and everyone else finally stands up and says enough is enough, and does something about it. One day the people might, weve had enough. What a cowardly decision you made, you are no US judge, or you never would have made that decision.

Very sad day for black and white blue collar workers who are watching their jobs go to illegals who work for 20% less. God is a God of irony, and what you have just cruelly sown, you will surely reap. Robert
